For those who prefer to vent laser exhaust outdoors rather than use a filter, the Inline Fan is an ideal accessory.
Powerful Motor and Dual Fan System
With a 100W motor and dual 14,000 RPM fans, the fan creates strong suction, effectively expelling smoke produced during laser use. It’s powerful enough to handle high volumes, making it suitable for residential or indoor spaces.
Quiet Operation
Designed for home use, the fan has noise-dampening cotton to keep noise low, enabling quieter, more pleasant working conditions in living spaces.
Compact and Flexible Positioning
Measuring just 11.8 x 19.3 cm, the fan is compact, ensuring it can be easily placed even in tight spaces. It connects with a 2.3-meter PP hose that can bend as needed, allowing for flexible room positioning while maintaining effective ventilation.
Intelligent Control
Equipped with an automatic mode, the fan detects when the laser is active, starting and stopping the airflow in sync with the laser’s use. It also adjusts suction strength automatically based on the material settings in the software. This mode is compatible with select xTool laser models (S1, F1 Ultra, M1 Ultra, and P2S).
Easy Cleaning for Long-Term Efficiency
The fan can be rinsed and soaked in water for easy cleaning, maintaining long-term optimal suction power without the need for frequent replacements or additional costs.
Compatibility and Installation Tips
The Inline Fan is compatible with all xTool laser systems. To achieve optimal ventilation, ensure all hose connections are secure and the exhaust hose is as straight as possible. Regular cleaning is recommended for consistent performance. Using the Inline Fan together with the built-in fan of models P2/S1/M1 is not recommended for best results.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
