Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the sense of §13 BGB you can revoke your order within two weeks after receipt without giving reasons.
The revocation must be made in text form, e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail, web form or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and a complete cancellation policy. For a smooth and timely processing of your return, please use the return slip in the upper right corner. Here you can print out your return label yourself and hand in your return shipment at the nearest DPD store (this service is only available for our customers from Germany).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to fill out the form for requesting the return label within this period, and send the return to us within the next 14 days. After receipt of the goods, they will be promptly checked in our company and, if necessary, used parts will be replaced. You will then receive your refund via bank transfer or Paypal payment.


Excluded from the right of return are:
- Specially manufactured goods
- Sealed CDs, DVDs, computer software and license codes, provided that they have been unsealed by you.
- For downloads of electronic products (licenses, codes, files, etc.), the right of withdrawal expires when:

1. the entrepreneur has started the execution of the contract
2. the consumer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur begins with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
3. the consumer has confirmed his knowledge that he loses his right of withdrawal at the beginning of the execution. (Section 356 (5) BGB n. F.)


Consequences of return

In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties shall be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) shall be surrendered. Compensation can be demanded if the goods have deteriorated or can no longer be returned in whole or in part.

This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a retail store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refrain from doing anything that could reduce their value.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you (with the exception of the aforementioned compensation for loss of value), including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract and the goods.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.
