Restricted Shipping Due to New EU Packaging Regulations

As of August 12, 2026, the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) – Regulation (EU) 2025/40 introduces new requirements for packaging and packaging waste. These requirements also affect shipping to various EU countries.

As we first need to review and implement these new requirements, we are temporarily unable to offer shipping to EU countries.
Shipping to Switzerland and Norway remains available.

For the remaining countries, we are currently looking into solutions that are both practical and economically viable. As soon as we find suitable options, we will make the respective countries available for shipping again.

Shipping costs and duration

The shipping costs are calculated dynamically depending on the weight of the shipment and displayed accordingly before completion of the order. This also applies to the regular transit time of the shipment.

Digital articles
(such as license codes) are sent via e-mail without shipping costs.

Payment Methods

For customers from other European countries we can offer the following payment methods:

  •     Payment in advance
  •     Credit card

German VAT

VAT for EU countries
For a shiment without the German VAT, a valid VAT identification number forn the receiving country of your company is necessary.
If you do not have a valid VAT ID. We are obliged to collect the German value added tax of 19% of the value of the goods.

Non-EU countries
If the shipment goes outside of the EU (eg Switzerland) we do not charge German VAT.
Please note that if applicable, country-specific import VAT and / or customs duties may apply.
