xTool Apparel Printer Plus – Versatile Bundle
The Complete DTF Workflow – Convenient and Efficient
With the xTool Apparel Printer Plus Versatile Bundle, you get a powerful solution for producing high-quality DTF transfers. In addition to the professional DTF printer, this bundle also includes the matching Shaker Oven.
This allows you to make the DTF workflow much more convenient: The design is printed onto DTF film using the Apparel Printer Plus. The Shaker Oven then takes care of applying, distributing, and curing the DTF hot-melt adhesive powder.
The finished transfer can then be transferred onto the desired textile using a suitable heat press.
What is DTF?
DTF stands for “Direct to Film”.
With this printing process, the desired design is first printed onto a special transfer film. The film is then coated with a special hot-melt adhesive powder. The powder is distributed evenly and then cured through heating.
The finished transfer is then transferred onto the desired textile using a heat press.
DTF offers a wide range of possibilities: You can create multi-colored designs, fine details, and gradients. Thanks to the use of white ink, transfers can be applied to both light and dark textiles.
xTool Apparel Printer Plus – The Next Generation of the Apparel Printer
The xTool Apparel Printer Plus builds on the concept of the xTool Apparel Printer and offers various improvements for a more convenient and reliable DTF printing process.
Key improvements of the Plus model include:
- Integrated ultrasonic humidifier for controlled humidity
- Improved white ink system for reliable white ink processing
- Wet capping system to protect the print head
- Automatic cleaning and white ink circulation
- App support for monitoring and controlling the printer
This makes the Apparel Printer Plus particularly suitable for users who regularly produce DTF transfers and value a convenient and reliable printing process.
Shaker Oven – Automated Powder Application and Curing
The Shaker Oven included in the Versatile Bundle complements the Apparel Printer Plus and handles important steps after printing.
The DTF hot-melt adhesive powder is automatically applied to the printed area and distributed evenly. Excess powder is removed, and the powder is then cured in the integrated oven.
This combines several manual steps into a single device, resulting in a more consistent workflow and a more convenient DTF production process.
For Individual Pieces, Small Batches, and Professional Applications
The Versatile Bundle is suitable for individual pieces as well as small batches and regular production of customized textiles.
You can produce your own designs, logos, lettering, or illustrations as DTF transfers and then apply them to a wide range of textiles.
Typical applications include:
- T-shirts and hoodies
- Workwear and club apparel
- Bags and accessories
- Personalized clothing
- Small batches and custom orders
DTF also allows you to create complex and multi-colored designs with fine details.
Note: To transfer the finished DTF transfers onto textiles, you will also need a suitable heat press. This is not included in the Versatile Bundle.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
