With the xTool Apparel Printer Plus, you can create high-quality DTF transfers for custom textiles. The professional DTF printer allows you to print detailed and colorful designs onto special DTF film and then transfer them onto a wide variety of textiles.

Whether T-shirts, hoodies, workwear, bags, or other textiles – DTF allows you to transfer custom designs, logos, lettering, and graphics onto both light and dark textiles.

What is DTF?

DTF stands for “Direct to Film”.
With this printing process, the desired design is first printed onto a special transfer film. The film is then coated with a special hot-melt adhesive powder, which is cured through heating.

The finished transfer can then be transferred onto the desired textile using a heat press.

One of the major advantages of DTF is its versatility. You can create multi-colored designs, fine details, and gradients. Thanks to the use of white ink, transfers can also be applied to dark textiles.

The xTool Apparel Printer Plus builds on the concept of the xTool Apparel Printer and offers various improvements for a more convenient and reliable DTF printing process.

Key improvements of the Plus model include:

DTF Printing to Suit Your Needs

With the Standalone Bundle, you can focus entirely on printing your DTF transfers. The subsequent application of the hot-melt adhesive powder and curing process are carried out separately.

If you want to automate more of the complete DTF process, the Apparel Printer Plus can be complemented with a suitable Shaker Oven. This handles the application, distribution, and curing of the DTF powder, reducing the number of manual steps required.

This allows you to flexibly adapt your system to your requirements and production volume.

For Individual Pieces, Small Batches, and Professional Applications

DTF is suitable for individual pieces as well as small batches and regular production of customized textiles.

You can prepare your own designs, logos, lettering, or illustrations and produce them as DTF transfers. A particular advantage is the ability to create complex and multi-colored designs without extensive preparation.

The Apparel Printer Plus offers a print width of 356 mm and uses two Epson I1600 print heads.

The Standalone Bundle includes the xTool Apparel Printer Plus as a standalone printing solution. A Shaker Oven for the automatic application and curing of the DTF powder is not included in this bundle.
