When using the Electrostatic Bed, it is important that the areas where the rollers run remain free from electrostatic adhesion. The Roller Protection Tape creates a defined protective area for this purpose and supports the correct use of the Electrostatic Bed.

Protection for the Pinch Rollers

The pinch rollers are essential for reliably transporting materials through the cutting machine. However, when using an Electrostatic Bed, they must not run directly over the electrostatically adhesive surface. The Roller Protection Tape is therefore applied to the corresponding areas of the bed and protects them from the electrostatic effect.

This allows the Electrostatic Bed to remain properly prepared for its intended use without unnecessarily stressing the sensitive adhesive surface. The manufacturer recommends replacing the tape after approximately 300 operating hours.
