The UV DTF A Film Sheets serve as the printing substrate for creating UV DTF stickers that can be transferred to a variety of surfaces after printing – for example, cups, bottles, glasses, and other flat or curved objects.
The film sheets included in this package are already pre-cut to fit the standard base plate of the xTool O1 Omni Printer, making preparation and processing easier.
How to Use the Film:
- Insert the A Film into your UV printer with the slightly adhesive side facing upward.
- Print your desired design onto the A Film.
- Place the printed A Film into your laminator, where it is laminated with B Film.
- Roughly cut out your finished stickers.
- Remove the top film from the design.
- Apply your design to the desired object.
- Peel off the backing film. Your design remains on the object.
Benefits at a Glance
- Pre-cut A Film sheets for easy processing
- Suitable for creating UV DTF crystal labels
- Suitable for flat and curved surfaces

The xTool LM1 Laminator for O1 Omni Printer and matching B Film are required for use.
Always print a white base layer when creating stickers. Without a white base layer, the colors of the sticker may appear less vibrant.
Make sure that the surface onto which the sticker is to be applied is free from dust and grease. Remove the film slowly after applying the sticker. If the sticker does not adhere immediately, apply slightly more pressure.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
