The xTool UV DTF B Film was specifically developed for the xTool O1 Omni Printer and serves as the transfer layer when creating UV DTF stickers. With its 98.43 ft (30 m) long film roll, it is particularly suitable for continuous applications and regular production.
The B Film picks up the design printed onto the A Film and enables it to be transferred onto the desired workpiece. It supports an even and clean transfer. The B Film is also suitable for curved and irregular surfaces such as cups, bottles, glass, or phone cases.
How to Use the Film:
- Insert an A Film into your UV printer with the slightly adhesive side facing upward.
- Print your desired design onto the A Film.
- Insert the B Film roll into your LM1 Laminator. Place the printed A Film into the laminator and laminate it with the B Film.
- Roughly cut out your finished stickers.
- Remove the top film from the design.
- Apply your design to the desired object.
- Peel off the backing film. Your design remains on the object.
Notes:
For the complete UV DTF workflow, the B Film is used together with a compatible A Film and the xTool LM1 Laminator.
Before transferring, make sure that the films and surfaces are clean and free from dust. This helps reduce transfer errors and air bubbles. Remove the B Film slowly after applying the sticker. If the design starts to lift, press it back down and then peel the film off again from a different direction.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
