Enhance your UV DTF designs with an elegant, silver-colored metallic effect. The xTool Silver Hot-Stamping Foil was specifically developed for the xTool O1 Omni Printer and is ideal for creating high-quality UV DTF stickers or adding a special silver effect to your UV prints.
The foil is used in the UV DTF hot-stamping process. First, the UV design is printed with the O1. The hot-stamping foil is then transferred onto the designated areas of the design using the LM1 Laminator. This creates targeted silver-colored accents that are ideal for lettering, logos, decorative elements, or high-quality personalized designs.
With a 328.08 ft (100 m) roll, the hot-stamping foil is also suitable for series production. The 12.20 in (310 mm) roll width is optimized for use with the xTool O1.
Application
- Print your UV DTF design with the xTool O1 onto the appropriate A Film.
- Prepare the design for hot stamping and remove excess material or adhesive residue using the Adhesive Removal Film.
- Transfer the hot-stamping foil using the laminator through the hot-lamination process.
- Peel off the carrier film once it has cooled. The silver metallic finish remains on the designated areas of the design.
- Finally, transfer the finished design onto the desired product using the UV DTF Transfer Film.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
