Stronger Motor and Six Filter Layers
The enhanced motor and six different filter layers ensure that you can use the laser without any issues or unpleasant odors, even in indoor and residential areas. The various filter layers can be individually replaced as needed.
10x Longer Lifespan
With the new "Super Cyclone Filter," the lifespan of the entire exhaust filter has been extended tenfold. The cyclone filter layer captures larger particles before they reach the other filter layers, ensuring longer durability without clogging. The best part: The Super Cyclone Filter can be easily removed, washed, and reused.
Professional Odor Elimination
xTool lasers are often used in indoor and living spaces, making efficient and reliable odor removal essential. The activated carbon filter has been enhanced with an additional filter layer made of ultra-dense carbon fabric. This combination traps 99.99% of all odors, allowing you to work odor-free in your craft or hobby room.
Automatic Adjustment Based on Material
For certain xTool laser models*, the exhaust filter’s automatic mode can be utilized. This mode automatically regulates the suction power based on the material used and the settings made. It also allows for automatic on and off functionality of the filter. In automatic mode, the system monitors all filter layers and their condition, so you’ll always know when a replacement is needed.
Important note on automatic mode:
*Automatic mode can currently only be used with the xTool S1, F1 Ultra, M1 Ultra and P2S. It is not possible to use automatic mode with other xTool models (D1, M1, F1, P2, D1). In manual mode, the filter can be used with all xTool laser models.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
