xTool O1 Omni Printer - UV&DT
The xTool O1 Omni UV Printer brings professional UV printing technology into a compact desktop system. It allows you to create customized products, patterns, and small production runs with impressive detail accuracy – from personalized gifts to high-quality commercial applications and creative projects.
Printing on Almost Any Material
Thanks to modern UV printing technology, you can print on a wide range of surfaces such as acrylic, glass, metal, wood, plastic, ceramic, and many other materials. In addition, the UV + DT version of the device allows printing on materials such as leather and canvas as well as on a wide range of textiles. DTG enables direct printing onto cotton, while DTF prints your design onto a film that can then be transferred onto textiles using a heat press. Create customized products and premium finishes without being limited to traditional printing substrates.
Brilliant Details & Impressive 3D Effects
With a high print resolution of up to 720 × 1,440 dpi, the Omni UV Printer produces razor-sharp designs with fine details and vibrant colors. The layered ink application also allows you to create tactile 3D textures up to 0.28 in (7 mm) in height – for premium surfaces and impressive haptic effects.
Seamless Combination with xTool Laser Systems
The free xTool software not only enables easy design and control of the UV printer but also allows integration with compatible xTool laser systems. For example, you can individually print acrylic sheets and then precisely cut them with a CO₂ laser – perfect for personalized signs, logos, tags, or creative small-batch production.
Perfect Positioning Thanks to Intelligent Scanning
The integrated scanning function automatically captures the entire working area. The workpiece appears directly in the software, allowing the print design to be positioned precisely on the captured image. This reduces material waste, saves time, and makes printing on existing or irregularly shaped objects much easier.
Comfortable & Clean Operation
An integrated filtration system helps reduce odors generated during the printing process and provides a more pleasant working environment. In addition, four different cleaning modes ensure consistently high-quality print results.
Expand Your Possibilities
With optional accessories such as the rotary attachment, laminator, and garment tray, you can expand your creative possibilities even further. Print on cylindrical objects such as bottles, tumblers, or takeaway cups, create borderless stickers – optionally in large formats for canvas prints or vinyl decals for skateboards – and print colorful designs directly onto cotton textiles using the garment tray.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
