xTool LM1 Laminator for O1 Omni Printer
UV DTF crystal stickers are one of the most popular product formats when it comes to stickers. They are thick, vibrant, tactile, and adhere to almost any surface – cups, phone cases, laptops, packaging, and much more. The Laminator allows you to produce these popular products with your O1 Omni UV Printer.
How it works:
After the O1 prints your design onto a suitable UV DTF film, the Laminator applies a transparent transfer film to the surface. This creates the characteristic thick, glossy, and peelable crystal sticker effect. The result is a premium, tactile sticker that looks and feels significantly more sophisticated than conventional vinyl stickers.
Gold, Silver & Holographic Foil Effects
In addition to UV DTF, the Laminator also supports special foil laminations, including gold foil, silver foil, as well as laser and holographic foils. This allows you to add genuine foil finishing effects to your prints without requiring a separate hot foil stamping machine.
The Laminator can also apply foil effects to wooden panels, acrylic sheets, and other materials up to 8 mm thick. This makes it possible to create high-quality, professionally finished signs, gift tags, decorations, and branding elements.
Vinyl Film Printing
The Laminator also supports vinyl film workflows, allowing you to easily produce vehicle decals, wall stickers, and product labels within the same O1 setup.
Combination with the Roll Feeder
For larger production volumes, the Laminator can be combined with the Roll-to-Roll Feeder. This allows complete rolls of UV DTF prints to be laminated in a single workflow – saving significant time, especially for larger sticker orders or large-format applications such as glass and display stickers, wall decals, and more.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
