Custom prints are great. But when you sell sticker sets, label rolls, or larger quantities of UV DTF transfers, printing individual sheets can quickly become a bottleneck. That’s exactly where the Roll Feeder comes in.
Continuous Roll Printing
The Roll Feeder continuously feeds roll material through the O1, enabling the production of long-format prints and repeating patterns that would not be possible with conventional sheet printing. It supports UV DTF film rolls up to 15 meters in length, as well as other roll materials such as canvas and vinyl with lengths of up to 12 meters. This allows you to prepare an entire production batch, start the printing process, and let the machine handle the rest.
The Perfect Combination: Roll Feeder + Laminator
The Roll Feeder and Laminator are designed to be used together. After printing a roll of UV DTF film with the O1 and Roll Feeder, the material is fed through the Laminator. This creates a finished roll of crystal stickers that can be cut and shipped directly.
Alternatively, this combination also allows you to print long stickers for shop windows, banners, car decals, wall decals, and more.
