plottiX AF800 Exhaust Air Filter

The plottiX AF800 exhaust air filter is a high-performance exhaust air filter suitable for use in applications such as laser cutting, mechanical machining, SMT reflow ovens, wave soldering, manual soldering workstations and assembly lines.

The AF800’s multi-layer filter system reliably filters dust, smoke and fumes generated during processing and returns clean air to the room. All filter elements can be replaced individually, thereby extending the service life of the filters and reducing maintenance costs.

The suction power can be continuously adjusted via remote control, allowing you to flexibly adapt the suction performance to your specific application. The all-metal frame construction offers high resistance to impact and vibration; furthermore, the exhaust air filter can be moved and secured flexibly thanks to the castors on the underside.

In addition, the filter features a timer function that allows you to set an automatic switch-off time (1–300 minutes).

The following replaceable filter layers are fitted in the AF800

•    Spark arrestor
Blocks sparks, glowing particles and hot residues before they reach the filter stages. Protects the unit and the surrounding area, reduces fire risks and extends the service life of the subsequent filter stages. Fitted at the top of the AF800’s cover.

•    ePM10 50% pre-filter fleece (in accordance with ISO 16890)
Filters coarse dust particles and protects the subsequent filter layers

•    Dual HEPA filter
Dual HEPA filter with a tight fit within the frame to prevent edge leakage. Made from glass fibre filter paper with high absorption capacity. Filter performance (H13): particle size > 0.3 μm, separation efficiency 99.97–99.99%

•    Dual activated carbon filter
Activated carbon with an iodine value of 1500. Reinforced metal frame for high stability, filled with coconut shell activated carbon. Odour removal rate up to 98%
