The xTool Film Roll was specially developed for professional DTF textile printing and provides the ideal foundation for high-quality, durable textile transfers. Combined with the xTool Apparel Printer, it enables brilliant designs with excellent detail accuracy and reliable processing properties.
Perfect print results thanks to optimal ink absorption
The specially coated DTF film features excellent ink absorption properties. This ensures particularly vibrant and high-contrast colors while preserving fine details and sharp contours. The finished transfers offer a pleasant feel, high durability, and excellent wash resistance.
Efficient production with 100 meters of film
With a roll length of 100 meters, the xTool DTF Film is ideal for regular production and larger order volumes. The 390 mm roll width is perfectly matched to the xTool Apparel Printer and enables efficient workflows for both individual projects and small-batch production.
The integrated perforations on both sides of the film ensure reliable guidance in the automatic transport system of the Shaker Oven.
Fast processing thanks to Hot-Peel properties
The DTF film is designed as a Hot-Peel film. After pressing, the carrier film can be removed after only 5–10 seconds, allowing textile transfers to be processed quickly and efficiently.
Versatile use for a wide range of textiles
The transfer film is suitable for various materials, including:
• Cotton
• Polyester
• Blended fabrics
• Leather
• Bags
• Hoodies
• Workwear and other textiles
This makes it ideal for sign making, textile finishing, personalized products, and small-batch production.
