With the Shaker Oven, manual application and distribution of DTF powder becomes a thing of the past. The enclosed system automatically applies the powder, removes excess material through shaking, and ensures an even coating across the printed film.

Even Curing for Durable Transfers
After powder application, the Shaker Oven takes over the controlled curing process. The temperature can be precisely adjusted, allowing optimal preparation of the transfer film for subsequent application with a heat press. The processing temperature can reach up to 266°F (130°C).
Efficient Operation with a Smart Design
Thanks to the extended processing path, multiple films can be processed efficiently one after another. Despite its capabilities, the compact design requires only approximately 4.1 sq ft (0.38 m²) of floor space, making it suitable even for smaller production environments.
With a maximum film width of 15.4 in. (390 mm), the Shaker Oven is ideally suited for professional DTF applications in the A3+ format.
