Always the right power

The xTool S1 laser is the perfect laser for anyone looking for an affordable device with extra power. The device is available for purchase in laser powers of 20W or 40W. In addition, you have the option to purchase a 2W 1064nm infrared laser module separately. This is particularly suitable for working with metal, as all types of metal can be engraved with the help of the infrared module. Changing the laser module is easy and only requires the screws and tools included with the module.

The xTool S1 is a laser of laser class 1, which makes it suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Precise auto measurement thanks to distance sensor

Unlike the xTool M1 or the xTool P2, the S1's laser is not focused by a light spot, but by a distance sensor. For focusing, the laser head is lowered at the desired position until the distance sensor hits the material.

This sets the focus ultra-precisely and makes your laser results even more accurate.

Laser slightly curved objects

Thanks to the precise measurement by the distance sensor, the xTool S1 laser can also be used to engrave slightly curved objects such as bowls or spoons. Without any accessories at all!

Usable with Creative Space or Lightburn software

The S1 Laser can be controlled either via the beginner-friendly free laser software xTool Creative Space or via the paid Lightburn software, which is more recommended for advanced users. The choice is entirely up to you.

Unlike the xTool M1 or xTool P2, the xTool S1 laser does NOT have a camera preview; instead, subjects can be positioned using a red crosshair within the software.

Exhaust filter & new Air Assist

If you want to use the laser in closed rooms, it is recommended to use an exhaust air filter. This not only reliably filters smoke and 99.97% of all particles, but also the odors generated during laser cutting.

For those who work a lot with wood, the new and improved xTool Air Assist System is a great addition. This ensures a continuous air flow on the material, preventing smudge marks. The xTool S1 Laser is compatible with both available Air Assist systems.
