xTool Advanced Roll Components for RA3
This expansion kit is the ideal solution for batch processing and engraving particularly long cylindrical objects, allowing you to complete even large orders efficiently and accurately.
Efficient batch processing
Optimise your workflow when personalising cylindrical objects such as mugs or glasses. With the advanced roller components, you can process multiple objects simultaneously. Use up to three roller sets to engrave different designs in a single, uninterrupted run. This saves valuable time and increases your capacity to fulfil large orders.
Versatility for standard cylinders
The roller components are perfect for engraving standard cylinders. The system ensures smooth and even rotation of your objects, which is a basic requirement for clean and professional engraving results. From simple drinking glasses to more complex cylindrical shapes, this extension equips you for a wide range of projects.
A summary of your key benefits
- Mass personalisation: Process multiple items in series to complete large orders faster.
- Maximum efficiency: Reduce set-up times and increase your throughput with batch processing.
- Reliable rotation: Ensures stable and consistent movement for precise engraving on standard cylinders.
- Seamless integration: Benefit from the tool-free MagSwap™ design for switching between the RA3's different modules in seconds.

The Makeblock success story began in 2012 when Jasen Wang, the founder and CEO, had a groundbreaking idea. As a passionate maker, Jasen realised how difficult it can be to turn a creative idea into reality. This drive gave rise to his first project: Makeblock.
Makeblock specialises in promoting STEAM education. The company helps young students develop their creativity by developing educational infrastructure - including robotics modules, coding software and laser cutters. The aim is to give pupils the tools to learn technical knowledge and creative skills through play.
At the end of 2020, Makeblock expanded its portfolio and entered the field of laser machines. With the xTool project, the product range was expanded so that not only students but also adults can benefit from the solutions. Creativity is not just about developing programming robots - it is also about personalising everyday objects, such as engraving names on mugs or creating works of art from wood.
With the launch of the first product, the xTool D1 in 2021, Jasen started a new chapter in his vision. While the Makeblock success story continues, xTool marks the start of an exciting new episode.
